Breath analysis is the science that analyses the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in exhaled air and produces a metabolic fingerprint of the subject’s state of well-being.

The patient blows into a disposable mouthpiece. The Mistral sampler collects the exhaled breath in one cartridge and an ambient air sample in another.
